
Area Loss Prevention Manager

- Develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention strategies and procedures to protect company assets.
- Train and manage a team of loss prevention associates to ensure all stores in the designated area are following established security protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify potential security risks and take appropriate action to mitigate them.
- Monitor and analyze store reports and data to identify trends and patterns related to shrinkage, theft, and fraud.
- Collaborate with store managers and other department heads to develop and implement loss prevention training programs for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to loss prevention.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of security equipment and systems in all stores within the designated area.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies to assist in investigations and criminal cases.
- Ensure all incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches are promptly reported and properly documented.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess security measures and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on loss prevention performance, trends, and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and make recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external security vendors and service providers.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new loss prevention associates.
- Uphold and promote a culture of safety and security throughout the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment
Strong Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Principles, Tools, And Techniques
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Mentor Team Members
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience With Loss Prevention Software And Systems
