8. Conduct regular store visits and provide guidance and support to store teams on loss prevention practices.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention technology, and make recommendations for their implementation.
10. Create and maintain reports on loss prevention metrics and present findings to senior management.
11. Investigate and resolve any incidents of internal theft or policy violations.
12. Act as a liaison between the company and external agencies or organizations related to loss prevention matters.
13. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to loss prevention.
14. Continuously evaluate and improve loss prevention processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
