  1. Develop and Implement Loss Prevention Strategies: As the Area Loss Prevention Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective loss prevention strategies to protect the company's assets and reduce loss within the stores. This may include conducting risk assessments, identifying potential areas of vulnerability, and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
  2. Train and Educate Store Teams: You will be responsible for training and educating store teams on loss prevention policies and procedures. This may include conducting training sessions, creating training materials, and providing ongoing support to ensure compliance.
  3. Conduct Investigations: In the event of a loss or suspected loss, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations. This may involve reviewing CCTV footage, interviewing employees, and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary.
  4. Monitor and Analyze Loss Data: As the Area Loss Prevention Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing loss data to identify trends and patterns. This information will be used to develop strategies to prevent future losses.
  5. Implement Safety and Security Measures: You will be responsible for implementing safety and security measures to ensure the safety of employees and customers within the stores. This may involve working with store teams to develop emergency procedures and conducting safety audits.
  6. Collaborate with Store Management: You will work closely with store management to ensure loss prevention policies and procedures are being followed and to address any concerns or issues that arise. This will require strong communication and collaboration skills.

  8. Manage and Train Loss Prevention Staff: You will be responsible for managing a team of loss prevention staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance. This will ensure the team is equipped to effectively carry out their responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention And Security Management, Preferably In A Retail Environment

  • Strong Knowledge Of Current Loss Prevention Techniques, Procedures, And Best Practices

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks And Losses

  • Proven Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments And External Partners.
