
Area Loss Prevention Manager

- Develop and Implement Loss Prevention Strategies: As the Area Loss Prevention Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective loss prevention strategies to protect the company's assets and reduce loss within the stores. This may include conducting risk assessments, identifying potential areas of vulnerability, and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
- Train and Educate Store Teams: You will be responsible for training and educating store teams on loss prevention policies and procedures. This may include conducting training sessions, creating training materials, and providing ongoing support to ensure compliance.
- Conduct Investigations: In the event of a loss or suspected loss, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations. This may involve reviewing CCTV footage, interviewing employees, and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary.
- Monitor and Analyze Loss Data: As the Area Loss Prevention Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing loss data to identify trends and patterns. This information will be used to develop strategies to prevent future losses.

Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention And Security Management, Preferably In A Retail Environment
Strong Knowledge Of Current Loss Prevention Techniques, Procedures, And Best Practices
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks And Losses
Proven Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments And External Partners.
