You will be responsible for developing and implementing loss prevention strategies, conducting investigations, and training store teams on best practices. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of loss prevention experience, preferably in a retail setting.   1. Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to protect company assets and reduce shrinkage in assigned stores.
  2. Conduct thorough investigations of any suspected or reported incidents of theft, fraud, or other loss-related activities.
  3. Train store teams on loss prevention best practices and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  5. Monitor store compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies in loss prevention and make recommendations for their implementation.
  7. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and patterns in loss prevention and develop action plans to address them.
  8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with law enforcement and other external partners.
  9. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on loss prevention activities and results.
  11. Manage and oversee a team of Loss Prevention Associates, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
  12. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and values and ensure they are reflected in all loss prevention activities.
  13. Act as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of integrity and compliance within the organization.
  14. Travel to different stores and regions as needed to support loss prevention efforts.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of loss prevention efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Including Cctv Systems, Inventory Control, And Investigating Internal Theft.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Related To Loss Prevention, Including Theft, Fraud, And Employee Rights.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Manage A Team Of Loss Prevention Professionals.
