3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all merchandise in the store, including pricing, promotions, and product location.
4. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following all company policies and procedures.
5. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring that all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
6. Continuously monitor inventory levels and communicate any needs to management.
7. Actively engage with customers to promote sales and special promotions.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
9. Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.
10. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest ideas for increasing sales.
11. Follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and prevent loss.
12. Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the store.
