1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by greeting them, assisting with purchases, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
2. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by regularly restocking merchandise, cleaning and organizing shelves and displays, and ensuring all areas are free of clutter.
3. Assist with merchandise presentation by accurately and efficiently restocking and arranging merchandise according to company standards.
4. Operate cash register and complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Continuously monitor and replenish inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.
6. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers in finding the perfect outfit.
7. Ensure all customers are properly greeted and assisted, and that their shopping experience is positive and enjoyable.
8. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety and security measures.
10. Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
11. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash management and store security protocols.
12. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
13. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
