1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of store merchandise by restocking, folding, and arranging items on sales floor and in stockroom.
2. Receive and process new merchandise shipments, including tagging, labeling, and pricing items accurately.
3. Ensure merchandise is well-stocked and easily accessible for customers by regularly monitoring inventory levels and restocking sales floor.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely restocking of merchandise to meet customer demand.
5. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and all merchandise is displayed properly.
6. Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with finding items and answering any questions they may have.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to address any merchandise or inventory issues.
9. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by working well with team members and maintaining a positive attitude.
10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity in the stockroom and sales floor.
11. Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.
12. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
13. Adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
14. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
