- Organize and replenish merchandise: This position requires the Stock Associate to accurately and efficiently organize and replenish merchandise on the sales floor, including sorting, folding, and hanging garments.

- Receive and process shipments: The Stock Associate will be responsible for receiving and processing all incoming shipments, including unpacking, sorting, and tagging merchandise.
- Assist with store layout and displays: This role requires the Stock Associate to work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to help with store layout and displays, including setting up promotional and seasonal displays.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory: The Stock Associate will be responsible for conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies to management.
- Follow safety and security procedures: The Stock Associate is expected to follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment for themselves and their colleagues.

Previous Retail Experience: A Stock Associate At Ross Stores Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role. This Will Demonstrate An Understanding Of Store Operations, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.
Strong Organizational Skills: Stock Associates Are Responsible For Managing And Organizing Inventory In The Stockroom, As Well As On The Sales Floor. They Should Have Excellent Organizational Skills To Ensure Products Are Easily Accessible And The Store Is Well-Maintained.
Attention To Detail: Stock Associates Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Accurately Receive, Sort, And Label Inventory. They Should Also Be Able To Identify Any Discrepancies Or Damaged Items To Ensure Accurate Inventory Counts.
Physical Ability: This Role Requires Frequent Lifting, Carrying, And Moving Of Heavy Items, As Well As Standing And Walking For Extended Periods. Stock Associates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
