Warehouse Associate

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team at Ross Stores. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for customer service and a drive to learn and grow in the warehouse environment. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a problem-solving mentality. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse.To succeed in this position, you must have previous warehouse experience, be detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational skills. You must also have prior experience with managing inventory, packing and shipping orders, and using warehouse software. You should be comfortable with physical activity, as this role requires lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling heavy items.
