1. Plan and execute a variety of onboard activities, events, and entertainment for guests of all ages, ensuring a diverse and engaging experience for all.
2. Collaborate with other departments, such as the cruise director, food and beverage, and housekeeping, to coordinate and promote activities and events throughout the ship.
3. Develop and maintain a detailed schedule of activities and events, including timing, locations, and any necessary equipment or supplies.
4. Create and implement new and innovative activities and events that align with the cruise line's brand and appeal to a wide range of guests.
5. Train and supervise a team of activity staff to ensure exceptional service and execution of all activities and events.
6. Build strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and preferences, and ensuring their satisfaction with all activities and events.
7. Monitor guest feedback and make necessary adjustments to activities and events to continuously improve the guest experience.
8. Manage and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies needed for activities and events, ensuring they are properly stored and in good condition.
