1. Plan and coordinate a variety of engaging and entertaining activities for guests of all ages, including but not limited to games, shows, events, and excursions.
2. Work with other team members to create a diverse and exciting schedule of activities that cater to the interests of our guests.
3. Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and responding to any inquiries or concerns related to activities.
4. Collaborate with onboard departments, such as entertainment and dining, to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
5. Maintain and update activity schedules and promotional materials to accurately reflect the available options for guests.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality for activities offered onboard.
7. Train and manage a team of activity staff to ensure smooth execution of all planned activities.
8. Monitor and report on guest feedback and suggestions for activities, and make necessary adjustments to improve guest satisfaction.
9. Follow and enforce all safety and security procedures for activities, ensuring the well-being of guests at all times.
10. Act as a liaison between guests and the onboard management team, providing prompt and effective solutions to any issues that may arise during activities.
11. Keep up to date with industry trends and new activity ideas, and make recommendations for new and innovative experiences to enhance the guest experience.
12. Maintain accurate records of activity expenses and assist with budget planning for future activities.
13. Display a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times, promoting a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our guests onboard.
