  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Royal Caribbean Cruises to corporate clients.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive business growth.
  3. Actively seek out and secure new corporate clients through networking and prospecting.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
  5. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of Royal Caribbean Cruises.
  6. Negotiate and close sales deals with corporate clients, ensuring maximum revenue and profitability for the company.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and support to corporate clients before, during, and after their cruise experience.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
  10. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  11. Represent Royal Caribbean Cruises at industry events and trade shows to promote the company and build brand awareness.
  12. Continuously seek out new ways to improve the corporate sales process and contribute to overall business success.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate client contracts and bookings.
  14. Stay informed about industry trends, changes, and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the company.
  15. Uphold the company's values and mission to create extraordinary experiences for every guest.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Sales, Preferably In The Travel Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Corporate Clients.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Cruise Industry And Its Competitive Landscape, As Well As An Understanding Of Corporate Travel Trends And Needs.
