- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and offerings of Royal Caribbean Cruises.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to close sales and secure contracts with corporate clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Royal Caribbean Cruises.
- Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely manner.
- Work closely with other departments within the company, such as marketing and operations, to ensure the smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously assess and improve sales techniques and strategies to stay ahead of competition.
- Represent Royal Caribbean Cruises in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Sales, Preferably In The Travel Or Hospitality Industry
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Establishing Strong Relationships With Corporate Clients
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Pitch To Potential Clients
Strong Understanding Of The Cruise Industry And Its Competitive Landscape, As Well As A Passion For Travel And Customer Service.
