  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain corporate clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients to increase sales revenue.
  3. Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and their needs.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to create customized packages and offerings for corporate clients.
  5. Present and pitch Royal Caribbean Cruises' services and offerings to corporate clients in a persuasive and professional manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform sales strategies.
  7. Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries and requests from corporate clients.
  8. Negotiate and finalize contracts with corporate clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  9. Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  10. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Royal Caribbean Cruises.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials for corporate clients.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all corporate client interactions and sales activities.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  15. Uphold Royal Caribbean Cruises' brand image and reputation at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Sales, Preferably In The Travel Or Hospitality Industry.
