- Provide guests with menus and explain any specials or promotions.
- Take orders from guests and accurately input them into the system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle any complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room, including setting and clearing tables, and ensuring proper sanitation standards are met.
- Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies, such as silverware, glasses, and napkins.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
- Take payments from guests and process them accurately.
- Provide recommendations to guests on menu items and offer knowledge about food and beverage options.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean dining environment.
- Attend all training sessions and meetings as required by the company.
