1. Greet guests as they enter the dining room and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
2. Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate any special requests.
3. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
5. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, including tables, chairs, and other dining equipment.
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
7. Anticipate guests' needs and provide prompt and attentive service.
8. Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
9. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
10. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
11. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining room for each meal service.
12. Work as a team with other dining room attendants and restaurant staff to provide a seamless dining experience.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
14. Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
15. Continuously strive to improve the dining experience for guests and provide exceptional customer service.
