  1. Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner upon their arrival to the dining room.
  2. Assist guests with seating and provide recommendations on menu items.
  3. Explain menu options and make suggestions based on guests' preferences.
  4. Ensure tables are properly set and presentable for guests.
  5. Take and process guests' orders accurately and efficiently.
  6. Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
  7. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
  8. Monitor guests' dining experience and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  9. Clear and reset tables after guests have finished their meals.
  10. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room area.
  11. Assist with restocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
  12. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other dining room attendants to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service and attend to any guest inquiries or requests.
  14. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  15. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  16. Continuously strive to improve the dining experience for guests.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Dining Room Attendant At Royal Caribbean Cruises Must Have A Friendly And Professional Demeanor, With The Ability To Provide Exceptional Service To Guests.

  • Experience In Food And Beverage Service: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In A Food And Beverage Service Role, Preferably In A High-Volume Restaurant Or Hospitality Setting.
