1. Greet and welcome guests to the dining room with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort throughout their dining experience.
3. Maintain a clean and organized dining room, including tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
4. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining room tables and chairs for each meal service.
5. Take and accurately record guest orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
6. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
8. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks.
9. Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient dining room operations.
10. Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, at all times.
11. Continuously strive to improve the dining experience for guests and provide suggestions for improvement to management.
12. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
13. Adhere to grooming and uniform standards as set by the company.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
15. Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
