1. Create and implement engaging fitness classes and activities for guests of all ages and fitness levels.
2. Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all guests participating in fitness activities.
3. Demonstrate proper form and techniques for exercises to ensure the safety of guests.
4. Assist guests in setting and achieving their fitness goals through personalized training and guidance.
5. Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm while leading fitness activities.
6. Continuously educate yourself on new fitness trends and techniques to enhance the guest experience.
7. Ensure all fitness equipment is properly maintained and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
8. Build relationships with guests and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their overall cruise experience.
9. Collaborate with other departments to promote and market fitness activities and events.
10. Maintain accurate records and reports of guest participation and progress.
11. Adhere to all safety and emergency procedures on board the ship.
12. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by the company.
13. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
14. Perform any other duties assigned by the Fitness Manager or other supervisory personnel.
