Certified Personal Trainer: The Ideal Candidate For A Fitness Instructor Job At Royal Caribbean Cruises Should Hold A Valid Certification As A Personal Trainer From A Recognized Organization Such As Ace, Nasm, Or Acsm.
Experience In Group Fitness Instruction: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Leading Group Fitness Classes, Such As Aerobics, Zumba, Or Yoga. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Engage And Motivate A Diverse Group Of Individuals.
