- Train, coach, and mentor guest services staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide top-notch service.
- Monitor guest feedback and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and execute special events and activities for guests.
- Manage and maintain guest service budgets, including monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct regular audits of guest service processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the ship's amenities, services, and activities to provide accurate information to guests.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the guest services team through effective communication and teamwork.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to uphold the company's values and maintain a positive brand image.
- Assist with scheduling and staffing needs for guest services department.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Guest Services Or Customer Service Management.
Strong Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Knowledge Of The Cruise Industry And Ability To Adapt To A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Customer Service Software.
