- Continuously review and improve guest service processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain guest service standards, ensuring that they align with the company's values and mission.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote and sell onboard services and amenities.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all team members and promote a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on guest service performance and trends.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Guest Service Representatives.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Guest Services Or Front Office Management, Preferably In The Cruise Industry.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle And Resolve Guest Complaints And Issues.
Knowledge Of Cruise Industry Operations, Policies, And Procedures, As Well As Experience With Reservation And Booking Systems.
