  1. Lead and manage the guest services team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and exceptional guest experiences on board our ships.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and increase customer loyalty.
  3. Train and coach team members on best practices for providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Monitor and assess guest feedback and take necessary actions to address any issues or concerns.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of guest services.
  6. Oversee the daily operations of the guest services department, including scheduling, budget management, and performance evaluations.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with guests, addressing any requests or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Maintain a strong understanding of the cruise industry and keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  9. Develop and implement procedures and protocols for handling guest complaints and resolving issues effectively.
  10. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, representing the company's brand and values at all times.

  • Multi-Tasking And Time Management Abilities: Working On A Cruise Ship Can Be Fast-Paced And Demanding. The Ideal Candidate For A Guest Services Manager Role Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively To Ensure That Guest Needs Are Met In A Timely Manner.

  • Cruise Industry Knowledge: Having Previous Experience In The Cruise Industry Is Highly Desirable For A Guest Services Manager. This Includes Knowledge Of Ship Operations, Safety Protocols, And Guest Services Procedures. Familiarity With Royal Caribbean Cruises And Its Brand Standards Is Also A Plus.
