  1. Maintain and troubleshoot all technology systems on board the cruise ships, including hardware, software, and networking equipment.
  2. Provide technical support to crew members and guests on all technology-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
  3. Monitor and respond to all IT support requests, prioritizing and escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  4. Install, configure, and maintain all technology equipment, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning properly.
  5. Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve the guest experience.
  6. Conduct regular maintenance and updates on all technology systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  7. Develop and maintain training materials and provide training to crew members on the use of technology systems.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the cruise industry to make recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.
  9. Ensure compliance with all IT security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and prevent any system breaches.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to all guests and crew members, resolving any technology-related issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  11. Document all IT support activities and maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and maintenance schedules.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.
