1. Provide high-quality massage treatments to guests on board our cruise ships.
2. Maintain a clean and professional work environment at all times.
3. Ensure guest satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and preferences and adjusting treatments accordingly.
4. Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
5. Continuously develop and improve skills and knowledge through training and education.
6. Collaborate with other ship staff to ensure seamless guest experiences and promote cross-selling of services.
7. Maintain accurate records of treatments and inventory of products.
8. Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, including providing recommendations for at-home care and promoting spa services.
9. Uphold the company's brand and values by providing exceptional customer service and representing the company in a positive manner.
10. Adhere to and uphold all applicable laws and regulations related to massage therapy and spa services.
11. Assist with any additional tasks or duties as assigned by management.
12. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
13. Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
14. Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate guest needs, including evening and weekend hours.
15. Comply with all Royal Caribbean Cruises' policies and procedures, including grooming standards and dress code.
