2. Manage and coordinate all aspects of shore excursion operations, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor management.
3. Monitor and maintain the quality and safety of all shore excursion activities to ensure a positive guest experience.
4. Train, supervise, and provide guidance to a team of shore excursion staff, including tour guides and coordinators.
5. Collaborate with various departments, such as sales, marketing, and guest services, to promote and sell shore excursions to guests.
