1. Develop and manage a variety of shore excursion activities for guests, ensuring a diverse and engaging selection of options.
2. Collaborate with local vendors and tour operators to create unique and memorable experiences for guests.
3. Oversee the coordination and logistics of all shore excursions, including transportation, equipment, and reservations.
4. Monitor and manage budget for shore excursions, ensuring cost-effective options for guests while maintaining quality experiences.
5. Train and supervise a team of excursion staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
6. Continuously evaluate and improve shore excursion offerings, taking into consideration guest feedback and industry trends.
7. Work closely with other departments, such as guest services and entertainment, to promote and market shore excursions to guests.
8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures during shore excursions, prioritizing the well-being of guests and staff.
9. Maintain accurate records and reports of all shore excursions, including guest participation, revenue, and expenses.
