We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Spa Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our luxurious onboard spa. As the Spa Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of talented professionals while providing exceptional service to our guests.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the onboard spa, ensuring all services and treatments are delivered at the highest standard.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of spa professionals, including estheticians, massage therapists, and receptionists, to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  3. Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  4. Monitor and manage spa inventory, including products and supplies, to maintain adequate levels for guest demand.
  5. Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of professionalism and service.
  6. Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and guest services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  7. Maintain a clean and well-maintained spa environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  8. Manage spa budget and expenses, ensuring cost-efficiency and profitability.
  9. Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new guests and retain current ones.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in spa treatments and products, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the spa.
  11. Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed their expectations.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among spa staff.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
  14. Keep accurate records and reports, including financial and guest data, and present them to upper management as needed.
  15. Continuously work towards achieving and maintaining high guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Spa Management, Preferably In A Luxury Or Cruise Ship Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Spa Staff.

  • Knowledge And Expertise In A Variety Of Spa Treatments, Techniques, And Products.

  • Ability To Create And Implement Successful Marketing And Promotional Strategies To Drive Spa Revenue.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills To Oversee The Daily Operations Of The Spa, Including Scheduling, Inventory Management, And Budgeting.
