Youth Program Coordinator

1. Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for children and teenagers onboard the cruise ship.
2. Create a safe and welcoming environment for all young guests, ensuring their well-being and happiness throughout the duration of the cruise.
3. Hire, train, and supervise a team of youth program staff, including counselors and instructors.
4. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of youth activities and events.
5. Maintain inventory and supplies for youth programs and activities.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of youth programs and make necessary adjustments to improve guest satisfaction.
7. Communicate with parents and guardians about their child's participation in youth programs, as well as any concerns or issues that may arise.
8. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations, including emergency procedures and child protection policies.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with onboard suppliers and vendors to enhance the quality of youth program offerings.
10. Plan and organize special events and themed activities for children and teenagers onboard.
11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in child development and education.
12. Serve as a positive role model for young guests, displaying professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.
13. Handle any guest complaints or issues related to youth programs in a timely and efficient manner.
14. Assist with budgeting and financial planning for youth programs.
15. Represent Royal Caribbean Cruises in a professional manner at all times, both onboard and during company-sponsored events.
