Rutgers University is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Marine Scientist - Fisheries Specialist to join our team. We are seeking an individual with a passion for marine science and experience in the field of fisheries. The Assistant Marine Scientist - Fisheries Specialist will be responsible for assisting with research and monitoring projects related to fish and fisheries.The successful candidate should have a bachelor's degree in marine science, fisheries, biology, or a related field, as well as extensive experience in the field of fisheries. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of fish biology and ecology, and demonstrated knowledge of current trends and technologies in fisheries research. In addition, the candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively.We are looking for someone who is excited to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and to help us advance our mission of protecting and sustaining marine resources.
