Job Description

Rutgers University is looking for an experienced and dedicated IRB Operations Manager to join our research compliance team. The IRB Operations Manager will be responsible for providing administrative, technical, and analytical support for the review and oversight of the Human Subjects Research Program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for research compliance and a commitment to excellence.To be successful in this position, the IRB Operations Manager must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in a research compliance, research administration, or research operations role. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have strong experience with the ethical principles and regulations of human research, and be adept at evaluating research protocols for compliance. Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer service-oriented attitude are also essential.
