9. Establish and maintain relationships with employers to facilitate job placements and internship opportunities for students.
10. Serve as a liaison between students and potential employers, advocating for students and promoting their skills and qualifications.
11. Continuously evaluate and improve the job coaching program to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to students' needs.
12. Participate in professional development activities to stay current on best practices in career development and coaching.
