- Lead and oversee various research projects across the Rutgers University campus.
- Utilize strong project management skills to ensure successful execution and completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the research project team.
- Communicate effectively with team members, senior management, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures, as well as any applicable regulations.
- Mentor and support junior project managers and team members.

- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to research projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships with other universities or organizations.

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Research Setting.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Science, Social Sciences, Public Health).
Proven Track Record Of Successful Management Of Complex Research Projects, Including Budget Management And Team Leadership.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders Such As Researchers, Faculty, And Community Partners.
Knowledge Of Research Methodologies And Regulatory Requirements, Including Irb Protocols And Grant Funding Processes.
