  1. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues for all bilingual employees within the company.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and management to promote a healthy work culture.
  3. Advise and guide managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, providing fair and timely resolutions.
  5. Collaborate with HR team members to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction.
  6. Communicate effectively with employees in English and Spanish, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  7. Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  8. Act as a mediator in conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  10. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including documentation of employee relations issues and resolutions.
  11. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to continuously improve employee engagement and retention.
  12. Represent the company in unemployment hearings and other legal proceedings related to employee relations.
  13. Continuously monitor and assess employee morale and make recommendations for improvements.
  14. Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
  15. Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and work with management to address them in a timely and effective manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Multiple Languages: The Bilingual Employee Relations Partner Must Be Proficient In At Least Two Languages, With A Strong Command Of Both Written And Spoken Communication.

  • Experience In Employee Relations: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Employee Investigations, Conflict Resolution, And Performance Management.

  • Cultural Sensitivity And Diversity Awareness: As This Role Involves Working With Employees From Different Backgrounds, The Ability To Navigate Cultural Differences And Promote Diversity And Inclusion Is Essential.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills: The Bilingual Employee Relations Partner Must Be An Effective Communicator, With The Ability To Build Rapport And Trust With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization. They Should Also Possess Strong Conflict Resolution And Problem-Solving Skills.
