Job Description

The Ryder System is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Trainer. The ideal candidate will have the knowledge, experience, and passion to help our call center staff reach their full potential. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and deliver innovative training programs that meet the needs of the team and ensure their success in the role. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in training, education, business, or related field• Proven experience in call center training and development• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills• Superb problem-solving and decision-making abilities• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Proficiency in MS Office• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environmentIf you possess these qualifications and are excited by the challenge of helping our call center staff exceed their goals, we would love to hear from you!
