Relevant Education And Training: A Diesel Mechanic Truck Maintenance Job At Ryder System Requires A High School Diploma Or Equivalent, Along With Relevant Technical Training In Diesel Engines, Heavy-Duty Trucks, And Other Related Equipment.
Experience In Diesel Engine Maintenance: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Diesel Engine Maintenance, Preferably In A Commercial Trucking Environment. They Should Be Familiar With All Aspects Of Engine Repair, Including Troubleshooting, Diagnostics, And Preventative Maintenance.
