Job Description

The Manager Finance will provide financial analysis, planning, and data mining support for Fleet Management Solutions (FMS). The candidate will directly support FP&A Finance and coordinate with multiple departments to deliver results. Candidate must be inquisitive, collaborative, accurate, and efficient to ensure leadership receives informative and timely financial reports and analyses. Review financial and operational results. Comparison of Actual results to Budget and/or Forecast. Assist with closing books. Financial integrity of results. Coordination between Headquarters and Field. Develop Board of Directors (BOD) and earnings material.

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)

  • 5 to 7 years or more managing Finance and Accounting

  • 5 to 7 years or more Financial Management experience in a large organization preferred

  • Advanced computer/spreadsheet knowledge (Excel) advanced level required

  • Self-starter with the ability to derive innovative solutions with little direction
