- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to achieve cost savings for customers.
- Monitor carrier performance and provide feedback to carriers for improvement.
- Identify new carrier opportunities and onboard them into the network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing carrier utilization.
- Analyze carrier data and provide insights to support decision making and improve network operations.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers, carriers, or internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve network carrier operations.
- Train and mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the company.
- Participate in company initiatives and projects related to network carrier operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to carrier performance and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Transportation Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Network Carrier Operations, Including Freight Management And Distribution.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop Relationships With Network Carriers.
Proficiency In Logistics Software And Technology, Such As Tms And Wms, As Well As Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
