  1. Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Last Mile team.
  2. Plan and schedule delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  3. Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any issues or concerns.
  4. Work closely with drivers to ensure they have the necessary information and resources to complete deliveries.
  5. Monitor delivery progress and resolve any delays or issues that may arise.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delivery schedules, routes, and customer information.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and warehouse, to ensure smooth operations.
  8. Identify areas for improvement in delivery processes and suggest and implement solutions.
  9. Train and onboard new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with transportation laws.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  12. Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  13. Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that may arise during deliveries.
  14. Assist in budget planning and cost analysis to ensure efficient use of resources.
  15. Act as a liaison between the Last Mile team and other departments within the company.
  16. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the Last Mile team.
