  1. Develop and implement supply chain solutions for clients to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
  2. Utilize engineering principles and tools to analyze supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and finance, to design and implement supply chain solutions.
  4. Conduct data analysis and utilize statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for supply chain improvement initiatives.
  6. Utilize project management methodologies to lead and execute supply chain improvement projects.
  7. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of supply chain solutions and identify areas for further improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for supply chain optimization.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and engineering to continuously improve processes and solutions.
  10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to present findings, recommendations, and progress updates.
  11. Train and mentor team members on supply chain engineering principles and project management best practices.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
  13. Continuously seek out new opportunities and innovative solutions to drive operational excellence and improve the supply chain.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Engineering, Logistics, Or Operations Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.

  • Experience With Supply Chain Optimization Tools And Techniques, Such As Six Sigma, Lean, Or Network Modeling.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
