  1. Oversee the successful implementation of supply chain solutions for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge and expertise in supply chain management to develop and execute effective delivery strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop customized solutions.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the delivery process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis of client data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks.
  8. Lead and coach a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve delivery processes.
  10. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the delivery process.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, key performance indicators, and client feedback.
  13. Proactively identify and address any risks or issues that may impact project success.

  • Extensive Experience In Supply Chain Management: The Ideal Candidate For A Supply Chain Solutions Delivery Lead At Ryder System Should Have A Strong Background In Supply Chain Management, With A Deep Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Trends.

  • Proven Project Management Skills: As A Delivery Lead, This Role Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Successful Delivery Of Supply Chain Solutions To Clients. This Requires A Candidate With Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Complex Projects.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Abilities: The Supply Chain Solutions Delivery Lead Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Professionals, As Well As Interacting With Clients And Other Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are A Must For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Technology And Systems: A Supply Chain Solutions Delivery Lead Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Technology And Systems Used In The Supply Chain Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, And Other Supply Chain Software.
