Valid Forklift Operator Certification: A Warehouse Forklift Operator At Ryder System Must Have A Valid Certification From A Recognized Training Program That Demonstrates Their Knowledge And Proficiency In Operating A Forklift.
Prior Experience In A Warehouse Setting: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, Preferably In A Forklift Operator Role. This Experience Will Help Them Understand The Layout And Operations Of A Warehouse And Make Them More Efficient In Their Job.
Physical Strength And Dexterity: The Role Of A Forklift Operator Requires Physical Strength And Dexterity To Operate Heavy Machinery And Lift And Move Heavy Objects. Candidates Should Be Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job And Have The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Physically Demanding Environment.
