- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse employees to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new warehouse procedures and systems.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and new processes.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.

Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Warehouse Or Manufacturing Environment.
Proficiency In Warehouse Management Systems And Process Improvement Methodologies.
Ability To Adapt To A Fast-Paced, Start-Up Environment And Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
