As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and personnel management.   1. Oversee and manage all warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the facility.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and increase productivity.
  3. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  6. Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  7. Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse staff to ensure timely completion of daily operations.
  8. Monitor and track warehouse performance metrics and implement improvement plans as needed.
  9. Communicate with clients and vendors to address any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of inventory.
  11. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  12. Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations to senior management.
  13. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency.
  14. Handle any escalated issues or conflicts with warehouse staff or clients in a professional and timely manner.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve warehouse operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Warehouse Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Distribution Environment.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, And Transportation Logistics.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Warehouse Employees.

  • Proficiency In Warehouse Management Systems And Strong Analytical Skills For Tracking And Reporting On Warehouse Performance Metrics.
