  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Legal, to ensure proper handling of claims.
  8. Provide support and guidance to employees throughout the claims process.
  9. Keep up-to-date with changes in worker's compensation laws and regulations.
  10. Identify and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the claims process.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  12. Represent Ryder System in a professional and empathetic manner when interacting with employees and external parties.
  13. Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction for all involved parties.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
