In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-class customer service and creating meaningful relationships with our clients. Responsibilites:

  1. Provide first-class customer service to all customers while maintaining meaningful relationships with them.
  2. Act as the primary contact for all customer inquiries and address them in a timely and professional manner.

  4. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

  7. Stay up to date with changes in our products and services.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
