Global Category Manager - Outsourcing

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement long-term strategies and objectives to maximize value from external suppliers.
2. Negotiate and manage contracts with external suppliers.
3. Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure value is achieved.
4. Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes and supplier relationships.
5. Analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
6. Monitor supplier performance and develop improvement plans.
7. Analyze and report on cost savings achieved through outsourcing.
8. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization’s procurement policies and procedures.
9. Stay up to date with current developments and best practices in the sourcing and procurement industry.
10. Work with stakeholders to ensure that all sourcing objectives are met.
