We are looking for an experienced Support Analyst to join the Sage team in providing world-class customer service and support. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical support or customer service role, with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. They will be proactive and customer-focused, with the ability to think on their feet in order to provide timely, accurate solutions to customer issues. Experience in using Sage software would be advantageous. Our Support Analyst must have a genuine enthusiasm for customer service, the ability to quickly build trust with customers, and a strong desire to learn and develop. They will have a positive attitude and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service and technical support to Sage customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide prompt resolution.
- Utilize Sage software to research customer issues and resolve them.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Remain up-to-date on Sage software and products.
- Monitor customer feedback and take proactive steps to improve customer service.
- Document customer interactions and update knowledge base.
