
Client Development Manager
Saks Fifth Avenue is looking for a Client Development Manager who is passionate about customer service and relationship building. The ideal candidate should have a great understanding of the luxury retail market and be an excellent negotiator. The Client Development Manager will be the liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and its customers, utilizing exceptional communication and customer service skills to build relationships and foster loyalty. The successful candidate must have excellent problem solving and organizational skills, and be a team player with a positive attitude. They should demonstrate strong leadership qualities and be able to manage multiple projects and team members at once. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the luxury retail sector. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Saks Fifth Avenue customers, providing outstanding customer service.
- Utilize exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow customer base and increase sales.
- Act as the liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any customer service issues.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities while managing multiple projects, team members, and customers simultaneously.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop strategies for customer engagement.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to the management team regarding customer service and sales.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury retail market.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
