We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Client Development Manager, Beauty at Saks Fifth Avenue to join our team! This is an amazing opportunity to work in one of the world’s most iconic luxury department stores. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, a customer-first attitude, and a strong understanding of current market trends. The successful candidate must possess a minimum of five years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury beauty sector. They must also be a creative problem solver and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. We are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients in the beauty industry.
  2. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
  4. Manage customer inquiries and complaints.
  5. Create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively capture the attention of potential customers.
  6. Analyze customer data and feedback to develop plans for improvement.
  7. Provide support to sales team members and ensure they have the resources they need to be successful.
  8. Stay up to date on industry news and developments.
  9. Assist with the development and implementation of strategies to increase customer loyalty.
  10. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
